Create an account by using digital wallet
You can create your very own new account with a digital wallet. We support all digital wallets, but recommend MetaMask for the best Monsterra experience.
To sign up new account by using digital wallet, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Click on Sign Up button.
Click on Sign up with MetaMask Wallet.
Sign the "Signature Request".
Now your digital wallet is registered.
Link my account to a digital wallet
You can link your account to a digital wallet to access some main feature such as NFTs, token transaction, etc. We support all digital wallets, but recommend MetaMask for the best Monsterra experience.
Each account can be currently linked to 01 digital wallet each chain only.
To link your account to a digital wallet, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Sign the "Signature Request".
Now, your account has been linked to digital wallet.
Link my account to an email
You can link your account to an email. Each account can be currently linked to 01 email only.
To link your account to an email, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Input your email.
Click on "Confirm" button.
Check your inbox & spam folder.
Click on "Update" button or link in mail.
Input your password and confirm password.
Click on "Submit" Button.
Now, your account has been linked to email.
Turn ON two-factor authentication (TFA) function in my account
With two-factor authentication (TFA), you add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. An email must be linked to account to use this function.
To turn ON TFA in your account, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Enable Authentication" button.
Scan or input code to Authentication Apps.
Click on "Continues" button.
Input Authentication code.
Click on "Confirm" button.
Now, TFA is turned ON.
Turn OFF two-factor authentication (TFA) function in my account
With two-factor authentication (TFA), you add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. An email must be linked to account to use this function.
To turn OFF TFA in your account, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Disable Authentication" button.
Input your password.
Click on "Confirm" button.
Now, TFA is turned OFF.
Change my password
If you already logged in but you forget your password or you just want to change it, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Change password" button of "General settings" section.
If you already know your current password:
Enter your "Current password".
Enter your "New password" and "Confirm password".
Click "Save" button for complete changing to new password.
If you forget your password:
Click "Forgot password?".
Enter your email that's linked to the account.
Click "Submit" button.
Check your inbox & spam folder.
Click on "Reset password" button or link in mail.
Enter your password and confirm password.
Click "Submit" button for complete reset password.
Create an Alternative Login Method (ALM)
Alternative Login Method (ALM) lets you create a sub-account with limited permissions. ALM account can be used for login game and play game but cannot perform any transactions.
To turn create an ALM account in your account, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Add new" button of "Alternative login manager" section.
Enter "Username" and "New password" for new ALM account.
Click "Save" button for add new ALM account.
The new ALM account can be seen in the "Alternative login manager" list.
Change password of my ALM Account
Alternative Login Method (ALM) lets you create a sub-account with limited permissions. ALM account can be used for login game and play game but cannot perform any transactions.
To turn create an ALM account in your account, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Edit" button of the ALM account that you want to change password in "Alternative login manager" section.
Enter your "Current password" of the ALM account.
Enter your "New password" and "Confirm new password" for the ALM account.
Click "Save" button for complete changing to new password.

Turn on "Required enable second authenticator factor" option.
Click on "Save" button for confirm turning on TFA function.
To active TFA on ALM account side, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra Game website (click here).
Click on "Login with Email" button of Welcome popup.
Enter your ALM username.
Enter your ALM password.
Open Google Authenticator on your phone.
Enter "Scan a QR code" option of Google Authenticator.
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera.
Click on "Continue" button of the popup on Monsterra Game website.
Enter TFA code of your ALM account from Google Authenticator.
Click on "Active" button to complete the progression.
From now, whenever you login to Monsterra Game website by your ALM account, you will have to enter TFA code.

To delete an ALM account in your account, please follow these steps below:
Go to the Monsterra DAO website (click here).
Sign in to website by using your account.
Click on "My Account" button.
Click on "Delete" button of the ALM account that you want to delete in "Alternative login manager" section.
Enter "confirm" in textbox for confirmation.
Click "Confirm" button for final delete ALM account confirmation.
